We use your information to operate the marketplace — matching job seekers with relevant listings, letting employers review applicants, processing payments for employer plans, sending you the Investly Brief if you subscribe, and improving search and recommendation quality over time.
When you apply to a job, your application details are shared with the hiring company. We don't sell your personal data to third parties. We may share limited data with service providers who help us run the platform (such as payment processing and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law.
